# Purchases and access

> Where purchases land, how each asset kind is delivered, and how long access lasts.

Purchases appear under **Purchases**: full listings, samples, and accepted bids. Each one links
back to the listing, and once paid, **Assets** opens the delivery actions for what you bought. Any
member of your team can download or copy a paid purchase.

## Purchase statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Pending** | Checkout started but not paid. |
| **Invoiced** | An invoice was sent and is awaiting payment. See [Pay by invoice](/buy/fees-and-payment#pay-by-invoice). |
| **Paid** | Access granted. The assets are ready to collect. |
| **Cancelled** | The invoice was cancelled before payment. |
| **Refunded** | The payment was reversed, and access was removed. |

## Delivery by asset kind

| Asset kind | How you receive it |
| - | - |
| **Repositories** | **Download** the repository archive as a ZIP. |
| **Raw data** | **Download** each ZIP. |
| **Harbor tasks** | **Download** the tasks as a ZIP. |
| **HUD tasksets** | **Copy tasksets to your team** copies them into your organization's HUD team. You can copy again later. |
| **Environments** | **Copy environments to your team** copies them into your HUD team as private environments; each then shows **Open on HUD**. If you delete a copy, copying again restores it. |

Download links are signed for one hour. Reopen the purchase to get fresh links. Copies live in your
team and nothing is shared from the vendor's, so the vendor cannot see or change them.

## Entitlements

A paid purchase grants an [entitlement](/overview/glossary#entitlement). Your access survives
vendor edits: the listing detail and deliverables stay available to your team even if the vendor
later changes, hides, or archives the listing. New purchases, though, need the listing to be live.

## Disputes and refunds

All sales are final; there are no refunds. If your bank reverses a charge anyway, your access to
that purchase is removed.
