# Get paid

> Track earnings, convert to credits, or withdraw to your bank.

Your team's **Wallet** holds credits plus earnings, with earnings split into total, pending, and
available. Every sale credits the wallet with the sale amount as pending earnings: the listing
price for a full purchase, the accepted amount for a bid, or the sample price for a sample. The
buyer's transaction fee is not part of your earnings. Individual sales are listed under
[**Sales**](/sell/listings/manage-a-listing#track-sales).

Earnings settle 14 days after payment and then count as available. Available earnings can become
HUD credits or a bank withdrawal. Only team admins can do either; see
[Organizations and roles](/overview/organizations-and-roles#members-and-admins).

## Convert to credits

In **Wallet**, choose **Convert to credits** and enter an amount. One US dollar of earnings becomes
one HUD credit, instantly and with no fee. Credits pay for credit-priced platform actions such as
recommended environment checks.

<Warning>
  Conversion is irreversible. Credits never convert back to withdrawable earnings.
</Warning>

## Withdraw to your bank

<Steps>
  <Step title="Set up payouts with Stripe">
    Under **Bank payouts** in **Wallet**, pick your country and choose **Set up**. Stripe collects
    the details it needs to pay your team. Selling and converting never require this; identity
    checks apply only to withdrawals.

    <Note>
      The payout country you choose is permanent for that payout account.
    </Note>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Request a withdrawal">
    Choose **Withdraw** and enter an amount. The quote shows the withdrawal, DataVendor's 20%
    platform fee, Stripe's estimated cross-border transfer fee, and the net amount released to
    Stripe. Choose **Request withdrawal** to confirm. The minimum is \$1,000 before fees, and your
    team can have one open withdrawal at a time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for review and release">
    DataVendor reviews every withdrawal, typically within 3 business days. Its status moves from
    **Awaiting review** to **Approved — releasing to Stripe** to **Released to Stripe**. Stripe's
    payout schedule then delivers the money to your bank.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  The 20% platform fee applies only to withdrawals, and never to referral fees you earned by
  referring other vendors. Converting to credits avoids it entirely.
</Note>

## Disputes

All sales are final. If a buyer's bank reverses a card payment and the dispute is lost, the sale
amount is taken back from your wallet, plus a \$15 dispute fee.

Every fee and timing on one page: [Fees and limits](/sell/fees-and-limits).
