An offer is your own price for a published listing. The vendor sees each offer with the organization that made it and chooses which to accept. Other buyers never see your offer. An offer on a listing is distinct from a legacy project offer on a project opportunity.
1

Make an offer

Open a listing, choose Make an offer, enter an amount, and choose Submit offer. Any amount above zero is allowed, up to $1,000,000.
Making an offer is a money move. Only team admins can submit and complete offers.
2

Wait for the vendor's decision

You get a notification when the vendor accepts or rejects. Until then the button reads View offer, and you cannot submit another offer on the listing. Offers do not expire.
3

Complete checkout

An accepted offer is not yet a purchase. Choose Checkout on the offer under Offers, or Checkout accepted offer on the listing, and complete the same checkout as Buy now at the offer amount. An accepted offer over $5,000 pays by invoice. The assets then appear under Purchases.

Offer statuses

Your team can hold one open offer per listing. There is no way to withdraw an offer yourself.
