Your team’s Wallet holds credits plus earnings, with earnings split into total, pending, and available. Every sale credits the wallet with the sale amount as pending earnings: the listing price for a full purchase, the accepted amount for a bid, or the sample price for a sample. The buyer’s transaction fee is not part of your earnings. Individual sales are listed under Sales. Earnings settle 14 days after payment and then count as available. Available earnings can become HUD credits or a bank withdrawal. Only team admins can do either; see Organizations and roles.

Convert to credits

In Wallet, choose Convert to credits and enter an amount. One US dollar of earnings becomes one HUD credit, instantly and with no fee. Credits pay for credit-priced platform actions such as recommended environment checks.
Conversion is irreversible. Credits never convert back to withdrawable earnings.

Withdraw to your bank

1

Set up payouts with Stripe

Under Bank payouts in Wallet, pick your country and choose Set up. Stripe collects the details it needs to pay your team. Selling and converting never require this; identity checks apply only to withdrawals.
The payout country you choose is permanent for that payout account.
2

Request a withdrawal

Choose Withdraw and enter an amount. The quote shows the withdrawal, DataVendor’s 20% platform fee, Stripe’s estimated cross-border transfer fee, and the net amount released to Stripe. Choose Request withdrawal to confirm. The minimum is $1,000 before fees, and your team can have one open withdrawal at a time.
3

Wait for review and release

DataVendor reviews every withdrawal, typically within 3 business days. Its status moves from Awaiting review to Approved — releasing to Stripe to Released to Stripe. Stripe’s payout schedule then delivers the money to your bank.
The 20% platform fee applies only to withdrawals, and never to referral fees you earned by referring other vendors. Converting to credits avoids it entirely.

Disputes

All sales are final. If a buyer’s bank reverses a card payment and the dispute is lost, the sale amount is taken back from your wallet, plus a $15 dispute fee. Every fee and timing on one page: Fees and limits.
