An opportunity is a buyer’s request for listings that meet stated requirements. Where a listing starts with supply you have, an opportunity starts with demand a buyer has. You answer one by submitting a listing, and the buyer buys it through the normal checkout. Opportunities need Tier 2. Tier 1 vendors can open the Wanted side of Browse marketplace but see a preview with an upgrade prompt instead of the requests.
1

Browse open requests

Open Browse marketplace and switch to Wanted. It lists the open requests your organization can see: public ones, plus those you were invited to. Filter by domain and asset type, and sort by deadline, most recent, or title. Selecting several asset types matches requests that accept any of them.
2

Create or choose a listing

Open a request to read its requirements and submission deadline. Choose Create a new listing to start a listing for it, or Submit an existing listing to pick one of your organization’s listings.
3

Submit to the buyer

The buyer sees your submission once the listing is live, and gets a notification naming your organization and the listing. A draft or checking listing becomes visible to the buyer after it passes quality checks and goes live. If the buyer chose quality checks for the request, your listing is also run against them and the buyer sees the results.
A listing you submit only to opportunities can stay private: it is live for those buyers without entering the public catalog. See visibility. Opportunities are not anonymous the way listing sales are. Each request shows the buyer organization that posted it, unless the buyer posted it anonymously, and the buyer sees your organization’s name on everything you submit. A request stops taking submissions at its deadline, or earlier if the buyer closes it. Listings already submitted stay accessible to the buyer.

Earlier project opportunities

Project opportunities, where vendors applied with priced offers, are retired. Your past offers and any resulting projects are read-only under Projects.
