Vendor tiers decide which workflows your organization can use. Your tier shows in the sidebar header and under Settings → Tiering.

Tier	Granted by	Unlocks
Tier 1	Finishing vendor organization setup	Listings. Accept the Mutual NDA to open the workspace.
Tier 2	Signing the Platform Access Agreement	Opportunities: buyer requests you can submit listings to.
Tier 3	Invitation from DataVendor	Opportunities that require Tier 3.

Upgrade to Tier 2

Open Tiering

Open Settings → Tiering and choose Request upgrade. Request tier 2 on the Wanted side of Browse marketplace opens the same flow.

Sign the Platform Access Agreement

The upgrade is a signature: signing the PAA (via PandaDoc) grants Tier 2 immediately. There is no review queue. If your organization has no legal entity name yet, the signing step asks for it.

Tier 3 cannot be requested. DataVendor grants it by invitation.

Respond to opportunities once you are on Tier 2.
